Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We sell only the finest quality products from reputable manufacturers, so we rarely have problems with any of our products. But if your item is damaged or defective in some way, we'll make sure you're issue will be handled as follows:

Defective Item - Most of our products are backed by a manufacturer's warranty. If your item has a defect, please Contact Us within 3 business days of receiving the item and we will assist you.

Damaged Item – If your product was damaged during shipping, Contact Us and we'll help you get the replacement parts you need or arrange for total replacement of the product at no cost to you.

Returns – If there's nothing wrong with the product and you simply want to return it, we do accept returns within 20 days of the date you received the product. For return instructions and additional details, Contact Us.  But do note that all merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition, you would pay the return freight in this case, and will be subject to a minimum 25% handling and restocking charge.  Aditional handling charges may be assessed  upon inspection if we need to return the product to a resaleable condition, including repackaging if necessary.
